Game Version: Galaxy On Fire 1.1.3

So Here is My Review and Walk Through of GOF!

—First Impressions—

Game Play

When I first launched Galaxy On Fire I thought I was going to have to take out my light saber and battle some creature, no I don’t know a lot about Star Wars but I have seen part of the movies and it seemed pretty much along that line but as i got in to the game I noticed “Hey, I don’t have a light saber!”. The game then got more and more interesting with new levels came new challenges, hard challenges at that! So after getting hang of the controls it was really fun to play with my ship and shoot other ships and no, not the over compulsive fun the “Wow, this is pretty good fun”! I see why Apple choose this under the 1 year favorite apps category! So now to learn how to use this great game!

—How Do I Do This?!?!—

Well when you first get the app and launch it you will be brought to the “Main Menu” were you can either load a pre-saved game which the game auto saves your game Main Menuafter each level or you can start a new game by pressing the “Start Game” button. When you press the start button you get the intro to that game which kind of gives you your mission and what has happened in that past that leaded you to have to do “missions” for and with other people! After the explanation you will

be put into the game Game Playwere you pick up your space craft and you get your tasks starting out with the basics were you will begin to learn  the controls and get the hang of the game! As you can see to the left of the post  you really only have two buttons, which makes it pretty simple to get used to! The bigger button to the right is the fire button which explains itself and the button about a quarter or the way in from the left is the “Super Speed” button which allows you to go faster for a certain amount of time. Sort of like a NOS or space crafts! When you start out after a couple seconds you will see some red dots come on the screen and I though “ohhh, umm what are these things” well this is when you use your fire button and you have to use your device as a steering wheel and shoot the enemies down!

Almost every time I help somebody with, or fix, their computer I get the same question how did you learn all of this? Well, that starts us off. I am a self taught graphic designer, technology enthusiast, social media junky, and die hard (yet not obsessive) Apple fanboy. I am the proud owner of many iDevices and soon enough a MacBook Pro. One of my favorite pass times is hang out with friends so, when I am not typing out the latest news in the tech world,I am most likely hanging out with friends either in person or on Facebook, Twitter, or now Google+.
