Thanks to a leak at LG, we were able to find out that Windows Mobile 7 is finally coming! For CES 2010 in Las Vegas this year, we might possible see more about Windows Mobile 7, which is really supposed to change the way on how we see Windows Mobile today.
I’ve been waiting all my life for such an awesome release of Windows Mobile 7. I remember when Windows Mobile 6 was released (usually called WM6); it really changed a lot of things in Windows Mobile, and made it a lot faster too.
According to Phil Moore, who’s the head of mobility in the UK for Microsoft, said (Windows Mobile 7 has…):
been put back until late next year but it is definitely coming
So this means we should be expecting the latest and greatest Windows Mobile operating system by the end of 2010 hopefully.
On NetworkWorld, they also stated that Phil Moore said:
You’re going to see a lot more on Windows Mobile 7
Hopefully that’ll be “a lot more” of speed, stability, and even graphical design. There has been lots of talk about Windows Mobile 7, so hopefully it’ll have a good name once it’s released to the masses.
I cannot wait to try Windows Mobile 7 for myself. Hopefully Microsoft will put up some kind of emulator on their website; I remember they did for Windows Mobile 6. From what it sounds like, Windows Mobile 7 will (hopefully) have a more Aero look theme to it, just like in Microsoft’s own Windows 7!
Are you excited for Windows Mobile 7? I know I am!

This sounds great:) I have an LG phone at the moment. I am on contract and it ends in the summer. So I will have a large choice of smart phones to choose from.
