Our last poll, on what you think about the iPad, has came to an end. Now that we’ve had our hands on one, we really know how it is.

That poll for sure had interesting results.

Just a bigger iPhone/iPod touch: 29 Votes
It’s a good idea, but I’m not buying one: 11 Votes
I feel that it’ll change the way we use mobile devices: 9 Votes
Great for the coffee shop, but at home, I wouldn’t use it: 5 Votes
All it can do more is read books: 4 Votes
It might get popular, but it’s not for everyone: 3 Votes

As you can see, people right now think it’s “just a bigger iPhone/iPod touch”. And you know what, to be honest, it is as of right now. Granted that all the applications are redesigned for the larger screen, but it still has most of the same capabilities as the iPhone/iPod touch. Yes, that’s right, the iPad doesn’t come with some applications. But that’s not for this post.

So going on to our next big question, what do you think what will happen with the iPhone OS 4.0 firmware? We simply took the ideas from our recent article, and made  simple poll out of it. If you haven’t voted on the new poll yet, go ahead and do so! Let’s see what happens. Now you really only have two days until we really do find out, so vote fast!

I've been fascinated with technology my entire life. I started to pick up on aspects of web development (HTML and CSS) a long time ago and started to get into "real" programming soon after. Right now, you can catch me working with Objective C, making iPhone apps along with system administration, and security. I'm also interested in graphic design, having designed the entire Tech Cores theme myself.

The next poll should be this: iPad or Microsoft Courier? :P

Microsoft Courier, assuming that it's anything like the videos.

However, if there's anything we've learned from "Windows Longhorn" vs. Windows Vista, then "Microsoft Courier" vs. Microsoft Tablet Device Platform 2010 (or whatever it's going to be called), the device will be disappointing compared to the Courier concept.
