After many leaked images of the Flip Slide, Cisco finally confirmed that this is real. The newest and biggest feature of this is the 3 inch resistive touchscreen, which is used for displaying the video controls. Looking from the design, this looks significantly thicker than the Flip Mino HD and might be a little thicker than the Ultra HD. The Slid HD now has a 3.5 millimeter headphone jack and some decent looking speakers. With the Slide HD, you’re not getting any video improvements like, 1080p video and no image stabilization. Although, you do get 16GB of internal storage instead of 8GB. The 16GB storage is large, but there’s no MicroSD card slot to expand the 16GB. The Slide HD is available today and you can get it for a hefty price tag of $279 US.
