Now when you think about it, downloading 20MB over the air is quite a bit.</p><p>But I wonder one thing. Will this cap also be used for individual smaller files. If I were to download 20MB in separate files at one time, would they still set the cap?</p><p>As of right now, I just hope this will not be moving over to their plans that use their 3G networks cards, like in netbooks/laptops. If the same cap came to those devices, I can see a lot of trouble coming up soon.</p><p>What do you think of this cap AT&amp;T put on?
